This family-run hotel is a bright and friendly place with accommodating and extremely helpful staff, ideal for a one-night stay.

It was very close to railway station, the shops and all the other amenities, and Jephson Gardens and shops, brilliant and easy location overall. We loved to have evening drinks at Fizzy Moon, based nearby.

The hotel was spotless and conveniently located within a short walk to the town center and railway station. the breakfast offered plenty of food options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and cheese. - the location was magnificent, with easy access to restaurants and the St Peter Apostle Church.

The rooms are brand-new and good modern, have hypo-allergenic pillows. Hotel's breakfast is typical english and absolutely fantastic, includes fresh fruit, yogurt and cheese. This place is in a magnificent and perfect location on activities local to the area.

Overall it was bright and cosy with large bathroom. The hotel had a central setting close to everything.

Recently renovated units with nice baths. Great location in Leamington Spa, close to various eateries in charming Royal Leamington Spa. - Convenient proximity to the town center, stunning Jephson Gardens, town train station, and restaurants. - Within walking distance to Royal Pump Rooms.

overall the room is lovely modern, brand-new and includes coffee/tea making equipment, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

The room is decked out nicely with a great garden view 🌳. the bed is cozy and there's a handy work desk, a TV with lots of channels, and even an ironing setup.

The room was clean and we really enjoyed the twin room. the staff were friendly and helpful, they even provided wake up calls and ironing. - Our stay met all our needs and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent breakfast and exceptionally attentive and friendly staff.

As I was on my own I had booked a single room, which turned out to be extremely basic, very cramped and claustrophobic - hardly room to move. The only place to sit down was the bed. The bathroom area was fine and everything was clean, but I think £60 b&b for such a tiny room was not good value.
